To me it just sounds like they're saying people suck at picking a reason as to how/why we're here, and in the end they have a "f-ck it" attitude and would rather get drunk than continue to learn. |

Is it Rody or Arif at 2:30 when you hear, "did you come here to kill, did you come here to die?"-- I'm sure it's probably one of them, but I don't think it sounds like either of them. |

I know the lyrics are posted as they appear in the booklet, but I think it sounds like they're saying, "We all steal life in cold blood and we will not be hellbent on Heaven." Anyone agree? |

This song is awesome. It's so easy to get a visual by listening to it and reading the lyrics. Rody's highs + Arif's lows = fucking intense. Pardon my French. |

I've got nothing else to add to this deciphering project- I just wanted to say that I just got Fortress and it is absolutely amazing. |

I think I hear something along the lines of "To see who's scared in the reflection of the royal[or 'loyal'] black gods, to a star that's like[or 'not'] a planet or like a moving (???)"
And where you and Thevoicedude put "I left my past religion, our end is coming soon" I think it says "Unless my prayers are answered , our end is coming soon" If it deals with the Heaven's Gate cult, I think it would make more sense with what I put, in the sense that their prayers weren't answered, so they killed themselves. |
