I'm not sure this is a love song at all. I think it's the opposite, about not being able to be in a relationship. A few WB songs touch on mental illness and abusive relationships - it sounds like the breakdown of a relationship and being alone with yourself. The cover even has him holding a cutout of his own face - he doesn't need anybody else apart from himself? |
