i love this song... i can't believe nobodys commented on it! i think the lyrics are pretty straightforward- he's very thankful, either to his mama who he calls "his girl" but maybe to someone else... but either way, he's very thankful for the financial and possibly some other support that his parents and whoever else may have given him... |

I love this song, it's got this perfect flow to it... it's a great song to just sit back and chill to. Lyrically, this song is obviously talking about a girl who is kinda left back among the group of people, who is actually the one he wants to talk to. Great song... everyone's missin out. |

can't believe i'm the only comment. great effin song to just chill back and relax to... takes you to a different elevation of state, beautifully composed and put together. the saxophone/bass and drums/congo beat has a beautiful sound that is pefectly displayed here. on the other hand, i think that in this song, someone is looking back on their past about some rough times and making it through them. brilliant song. |
