Where can I find some vanilla sugar.... oh screw it. I'll just call for a pizza while i start on this hashish.... Pure genius how so many people (especially americans, strangely) got offended by this song. By the way, you'll probably think i'm lying, but even though i dont speak german, i knew he was taking the piss with this song. I mean, why would he just start shouting in german like that if he didn't have a point to make? |

..... okay.... I used to think this song was about Bill Hicks, but then I decided to think about it. I'm really not sure anymore. He seems pretty angry about something. Maybe he just needs some downtime. Or I could go with the obvious (and hence more likely) interpretation to do with all that funny religion malarkey. |

| alright, hang on. I think you are confusing Rose Kennedy with Rosemary, her daughter. Rose was confined to a wheelchair after a stroke at the age of 94, which is presumably the timeframe that this song is based on. There's no record of alzheimers. Her daughter Rosemary underwent a botched lobotomy for a supposed mental illness. | |
