i think that will is singing about a guy who loves a girl who has no interest in him whilst longing for someone herself, but the person that she longs for cares nothing for her, thus making him(the other guy) the stone. the stone cares nothing about her, and is inturn a lifeless thing, if you will, a stone. |

i hate this song and i hate nickelback with a passion so deep that i must share my hatred. im sorry to be such and ass, but im bored and its late so i have decided to make fun of nickelback. i cannot believe these goons are so beloved. theyre lyrics could easily be written by most 2nd graders across our vast nation, but even then, thats not saying much. uhh theyre horrible. maybe you deluded peeps should check out a band with a little talent, namely modest mouse, the decemberists, or just someone who can write lyrical content that doesnt fucking whine and moan about a fucking girl or "blah blah im sad, so i guess ill write a song that will make me rich." i just want you all to know that these goons are out purely to make money and they dont give a shit about the horrible garbage they put on the radio. at best, nickelback is a horrible cover band of everything that was wrong with the nineties. thank you. |
