| I played this song at my dad and brother's funeral - it somehow just seemed to be perfect. | |

| Actually, I don't think its that far fetched to assume that the last heavy comment could be about weight. It makes since, if he walked in and saw her like she thinks, and he didn't like what he saw, weight could be a reason, it makes sense. | |

| Probably my favorite song on the album at this moment. I think Amy's vocals on this song are beautiful- I can't stop listening to it! | |

Hmm... I must have a darker mind, I was imagining it was about a guy who somehow hurt (and killed) his lover-- "Our hero has just gone too far His lover bleeding in the back" And then the police are chasing them, and he's enjoying the chase and planning on disappearing if he can get away from them. The girls mind is shown in one verse, where she is hoping to be saved, but knows that its not going to be a happy ending. He holes up in the cabin with his dying girlfriend, while the police surround them with guns drawn. I think he isn't sorry for what he did to her, when the only remorseful comment made is about how he could have been someone, but now he obviously won't be. I think the whole theme of movie scenes is perhaps how he's seeing things as they progress, like all the action/thriller films he has seen, and how this real life situation isn't quite matching up to the fantasy he imagines. At the end, he knows the police are going to come in and end his life, and he is sorry that its all over. Actually, this song is kinda creepy now that I've analyzed it to be about a murderer. |
