very interesting interpretations. and i must say i agree with some of them. but let's clear up some of the words/lines for the last time: "auto de fe" = an act of faith; public penance "the house half the way" = halfway houses aka rehab centers "rue colored" = rue is a bush of some sort "charlatan" = fraudulent person "was he robbed of the asphalt" |
