| I think the song is about a man who abuses his girlfriend but pays her afterwards and still feels guilty. He's wasteing all of his money on her that's how it's killing him but he wants to prove to her that he is a mature man. But he's just not able to. He's used to paying her to abuse her but he's so addicted her he can't help it. | |

I think a person is self-harmong and he/she needs help, and they are giving her wrong help and they are hurting her and abusing her. But and freind is helping, and the friend is saying: "Say, yes they know that you've hurt yourself another time Don't they know that you're full of pain already?". |
