the psychiatrist thing really makes sense to me, i've felt exactly the same as the character in the song, it almost scares me how much i can identify with it there was a day, when i was trying to tell my problems to him(my psychiatrist), to make him understand how hard it was. and them he began to say a lot of things and i was pissed off, literaly telling him "don't tell me how i feel, you don't know how i feel, you can't know how i feel!". really desperate, in that room, trying to make him understand that i was going insane, that the pills weren't helping, that he needed to give me another med or something... and he says that no, i was already taking what i should take, and that only myself could save myself. the reason i'm telling all this is because i really feel that i can relate to this song, it explains pretty much everything i felt and thought that day, and that "you would know..." part fits perfectly to a psychiatrist and his patient. |

I can really identify with this song.I mean, at least in my interpretation. ""you'll get it right.You will." I tell myself that everyday. If you are a stupid kid that love the way they dress, please ignore this song.The last thing america(and the rest of the world) needs is a commercial band bashing war critics. The music is just bad, their bullshit remade over and over, but now with a radio-friendly sound. But the lyrics are completely dumb and parcial.They bash anti-war people by telling them they do not help the country, they say we should support our troops and that they are fighting for our freedom and our rights.I don't want to make this a political review but it is really absurd that these guys actually are trying to make look like the troops are fighting for noble causes.It's not only disgusting, it is pro-war propaganda and it is anything but patriotic. Not only that, it's completely pathetic seeing these guys that probably spend hours and hours in front of the mirror to look good to the press, and that change their sound more and more to fit in the mainstream and make more money telling someone that he is a clone and not something "real". Pretty clear meaning, someone or some kind of people that used to hurt you in the past, but you've grown up stronger and now they can't affect you, because you've got brand new armor and they weapons won't work. Kinda reminds me of kids that are bullied in school. |
