When I googled "back seat bingo," some website about slang from the 50's said it was "necking in a car." I'm guessing "smoggin in my noggin" has something to do with smoke? There's usually a lot of smoke at parties and what not, so... ? And noggin means head. Maybe there is so much smoke, it felt like his head was filled with it. And I have no clue what "friggin in the rigging" means, ha. |
