I totally like thought thats how someone views satanism without realizing last night, i was taking a walk in the cold... and well, i started thinking, Man created god to give reason to creation, therefore god creating man, but if man creates his own god, that would mean he is his own god, therefore what he created exists, and therefore he believes he created the world. That is a likely view of satanism, it has nothing to do with a "devil", lol. And this song is great, as it clearly points out that mankind is so confused by all these different religions, that up to a point, people actually believe they are the beginning and end of the universe, since mankind cannot truly comprehend what is going on in the universe. that is one of the views i see in satanism, although i don't think i've touched down on every basis of the belief.. a few others have explained it better than I... overall, i love this song. For the actual music, combined with the lyrics, it is a badass metal song. :) |
