this sounds like a song you would play when you're with someone who's still not over their ex. it's meloncholy but blunt. it's very matter of factly, you know the person you're with so well and you see that they're still harboring feelings for their ex whether it be by still having actual pictures still there or metaphorically speaking pertaining to the crystalized image they have of their ex that they're having such a hard time letting go of. it's the acknowlegment of the fact that the person you're with isn't fully yours and you're pleading for them to move on or to just go on and be with her. |
