Not a AK fan, either.. or much more of the same genre.. but I find the melody very haunting to me. It speaks to my soul, if you get what I mean. i had a tough relationship with a boy, once.. always fighting. the bad clearly outweighed the good. while i was still with him, i met somebody.. he was kind, and wonderful. he helped me be strong. we became the best of friends. eventually, i left to see the boy i was with. i let him go, finally. when i got back from my long 2 1/2 hour bus ride home.. my friend was there, waiting for me. what a surprise! we became closer and closer with each visit after that.. and when i went to visit him for the first time, we walked to a very beautiful secluded spot by the ocean.. there he confessed his feelings for me.. i had fallen for him, too.. but i was afraid that our relationship would be like the one i just got out of. but i felt so much for him, and we got together.. everything was wonderful and promising. but with that, time went on. and he decided it was time to let me go. i didn't see it coming. he has his reasons, but.. to say the least, they were trivial. i never felt so let down. or so haunted. i still don't understand how he could just wash his hands clean of a love like that. i didn't even get to defend myself.. or us, for that matter. I didn't mean to fall in love with you.. And baby there's a name for what you put me through.. It isn't love, it's robbery...
