| the song is about Mikey. it was the first song written after he left during recording. it's Gerard saying that he will keep on going on living his life, even if Mikey can't be there with him. as much as that hurts, he won't give up his dreams. he wants him there with him, but Mikey just can't take the whole rock scene. and Mikey can't stop him from coming home, because they're brothers, so they have to see each other again. | |

i actually live in Georgia, and i whenever i just feel like i need to get away, i want out of the state. but when i think about it, i love this place. and it's the same feeling he has here. it just seems like he's confused about his life and everything, and he feels a little bit more together when he's home, even if he's really not any better. i can completely relate to this song and it's so great. Cartel's new album's very good. and they're nice guys too, i've met them! =] |
