first of all, beyonce and rihanna have no rivalry.. OKay, now to the comment.... Beyonce used to be one of my favorite singers when she had her first solo album. To me, this is the only original song on Beyonce's new cd, along with Irreplaceable. I thought the new album had no real thought and she's losing all of her creativity and relying too much on her status. Deja Vu, even though I like it, it a recycled version of Crazy in Love. Upgrade U just shows how conceited she's really getting. Green Light, Suga Mama, Kitty Kat are mediocre at best. Get Me Bodied was kinda good for a little while, now it's just annoying. And Freakum Dress was just stupid. And then she has the nerve to release the deluxe edition. Even though Beautiful Liar is a cool song, nobody cared about it or the new song. Yet she still gets so many props because she's Beyonce. She's become so well established just because of her connections and beauty. Her talent is slipping. And other, younger R&B/Pop singers, such as Rihanna and Ciara, are improving. She has a wonderful voice, but wasting on stupid lyrics and making a rushed, lackluster cd and depending simply on your rep is dumb and sad. Because if you don't work hard, good things don't last forever... |
