i think this song is talking from the perspective of Jesus. how Christians will realize that they have fallen away from Jesus will come back to him broken and sad and looking for something new. and then in no time are back to the way they were before. and now the character in the song is alone because he has rejected to follow Jesus once again and Jesus is waiting there for him. and how the character knows what he needs to do and ultimately isnt alone and Jesus is still waiting for him. |
