I havent read the whole thing yet... But the chorus and a few things from the beginning make it sounds like this; my opinion on this song, is that its talking about the world turning into crap. So many wars, perverts, and other things[save the fairyland we live in. Where are failings are forgiven] [A world made of stone, Let tenderness freeze]

They might be reffering to the fact that its kinda stupid to say,"ohhh.. metal/goth/whatever music makes you do bad things!!!" sence in a lot of their songs they are like.. sarcastic or something :-P so the message might be,"music does not make you do bad things(or sin), you make urself do it" |

I think the "fear is only in our minds, taking over all the time" thing, means something like, dont be afraid of so many things. its not like fear will eat you if youre not afraid of things. you dont need to be afraid... fear is just a thought, but it will take over so many people.
