Can I just say I feel really relieved that I'm not the only one that didn't realize the singer was a man? I also thought this song was about lesbians (because I thought the singer was female,) and I agree with strawberryforever that if the song was about lesbians, it would be a much powerful song. Oh well... |

I always thought this song had to do with lust and the question of, "Is it/will it ever be love?" "You’re asking me will my love grow, I don’t know, I don’t know. You stick around now it may show, I don’t know, I don’t know." I thought that meant something along the lines of "Maybe this lust I feel will flourish into something more. Maybe love." Am I the only one who thinks this? |
