Taking Back Sunday – Bonus Mosh Pt. II Lyrics 18 years ago
So, scream I heard about your message
and how it reads of your indifference,
It bleeds horizontal straight from your wrists
-she doesnt care, she makes it obvious, as obvious as bleeding from the wrist.

I'm bound to come around about
(Bound to come around)
Can’t you, can’t you feel it
Rolling off your lips
Tensing up your shoulders, c’mon
-ha, this i think, is it getting hot and heavy and intense.

It’s love
(It’s love)
Make it hurt
(I deserve it)
Well, It’s love
(It’s love)
Make it hurt
(I deserve it)
Well, it’s love, it’s love, it’s love
Make it hurt
-this, i think, is him convincing her that it's love, not just sex. and that he, obviously, deserves it..and that it hurts both litteraly, and emotionally.

...and i dont feel like doing the rest. it's not hard to figure out.

i think it's about sex. and wanthing her for more than that, but she stil thinks/insists that he's using her. so, "i want you for nothing more than hating you for what you were. is that what you wanted to hear?" like he's almost given up, but wont give in on making her believe she's more than that.. idk. i think that majority of the songs tbs writes are about sex... ha

The Good Life – The New Denial Lyrics 18 years ago
first denial: this can't be happening.
the new denial: realizing you're alone. running into people who say sorry.. and unintentionally make you feel shitty.

'baby, your anniversary was last tuesday'

Tim Wildsmith – Recovery Lyrics 18 years ago
This song is just beautiful in every way imaginable. From the lyrics to the vocals to the instramental; it's perfection found in chaos. To me, this song is about learned from your past relationships, and not only knowing more, but applying it to new relationships. It's about slowing things down, and people actually getting to know one another, and relating as opposed to jumping in head first, not knowing if its too shallow or if its deep enough. It's classic, "Of, if I only knew then, what I know now."

It's about being absolutly torn down, then meeting someone knew, and you get the sensation of not being able to breathe again. You feel yourself falling in love but you say, "wait, I've been here before. I know all about this, so this time, I'm going to fix what I couldn't last time." i love it.

Brand New – Logan to Government Center Lyrics 18 years ago
Consider this a letter that I never sent.
However inconsiderate it seems.
Do you still consider me,
consider me the boy you laughed with,
or that you learned to live without.
I suck.
I know I'm late, I know you waited...

wow. its love.

Brand New – The No Seatbelt Song Lyrics 18 years ago
Oh and about shooting the pilot, maybe he does it in some desperate attempt to draw her back to him, or to make her realize her impact on his entire life.

Brand New – The No Seatbelt Song Lyrics 18 years ago
Well, for starters, the title. I think The No Seatbelt Song means this is the unsafe, insecure, risky wreck he has become because of this girl. I also think is coincides with the plane motif. In the first verse, I think "so it's sda this doesn't suit you now/ and me fresh out of rope" I think this is the beggining of his demise if you will. He used to flatter her and love her and spill his guts out to her and now she doens't want to hear any of it. He felt so safe with her, interms of vunerablility and because of that sense of security, he's "fresh out of rope" to 'hang' himself for being so open with her and for her killing him sort of. A lisp kind of sounds desperate and a little pathetic, not strong or certain, again, maybe him begging for her back, needingher back. The next lines are self-explainitory. The chorus...I get she left. And he's telling her she's the only one. If he could choose, it would be her. But he can't choose, it's not up to him, it's up to her. The necklace lines are mentioned in various differnt ways in many different songs, and it all leads back to trophies. He's ready and willing to be stripped of his dignity and walked around like a won trophy for her. I think the plane..is Jesse and his life. the pilot is Jesse himself. He's lost control of his life without her. After "Do you understand?" I don't know what to think...some things are obvious..other's I havn't a clue..
