I think "You may notice certain things before you die." refer to when you (well, if you) realize things about life that changes your entire view on the world and you can never go back to what life was before. Maybe depression takes away some basic good thoughts that never come back. When you lose reasons, you 'die'. "Cole and Macey lost their eyes"... Maybe Cole and Macey are happy, and blind when it comes to the hard things in life. They are such good and perfect people that you could just "roll them up in coffee cake". And I think the children in the end is a reminder of what life was before you 'died'. Fun, laughters.... The music fades in a way that makes me think it's kind of a flashback. |

This song is definitly about eating disorders or something like that, but I don't think it's about a model. I'd say it's about a girl who isn't loved and (maybe after starving) she has 'a great body' she wants someone to show it to, someone to love her now that she's "perfect"... | Suprblah basically said everything I wanted to say. I agree that their older songs are better. I love the way Sick & Tired is a perfekt combination of a catchy and quite cheerful melody and the lyrics; especially the "Symptoms are so deep, something here's so wrong" in the end... goose bumps! | |
