| Blindside – Slow Motion Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| "Hey operator, could you connect me with a respirator" This has got to be one of the coolest lines ever. I love how he sings it. I think the entire song is quite different from most other Blindside songs, isnt it? | |

Hey, what about the distorted singing towards the end? Does he sing "what if I let you fly out of here, would you still deny..." ? this song is so great. |

a comment on the lyrics; I read that someone heard "triumph at the joy of a lifetime" instead of "try and find" I'm not sure which is the correct option there because it's difficult to hear. Love the song, lyrically it is a lot more straight forward than many of the previous songs. |

it's streaming on youtube here, if anyone wants to hear it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hid2U9KdUOk I don't know much about the Fray and hadn't heard the song before reading the lyrics but I found them beautiful because they're so simple. hearing the song, it gets so much stronger. this is a nice little gem :) and I think the meaning is obviously what TDDx8 and juicebox_baby both describe :) |

This one is so awesome, I really like their songs with the Dynasty references. I miss hearing hiphop from Kwan. It is called FIST UP though, not first up :) |

I'd like to spin the song romantically and say it's about a relationship, haha, I just love it. It's so catchy and really has a lot of feeling to it in my opinion! Guess there can't be any doubt that it's about the band...though really I'd say it's possible to apply the song to fit any situation where you're in a tight spot and you have another person or other people whom you really need to believe in you and back you up. I think in a way it sounds so desperate and naïve and determined, and maybe that's why it makes me get goosebumps every time :D Powerful and wonderful! I love these "aaaah" parts. And the "take this heart..." awesome, it's really awesome. |

I don't know much about all these Dee/Noel rumours but I have to admit that my interpretation of this song is kinda like Sarahx3. Except, I actually thought that "Crazed by my make believe" is more like a person being a bit paranoid (because it's "My make believe") in the sense that she starts to imagine things: "a tongue down a throat, the grip on your arse" perhaps she doesn't trust him anymore coz he cheated and she now starts doubting him every time she thinks he's being a little suspicious. ("why did you stammer?") I really like this song though, it's so great. I would like to point out bits that I especially love but the whole thing is just awesome in my opinion :D |

I think this song is definitely one of the very best on their latest album. It has a bit of the same sound as Turn It Up which is also incredible. wooorf, when I read that spoken bit my first thought was that it might be about noel, yeah. |
