I know this might sound a bit out there, but what I got from this song is related to his Asperger's syndrome. People with Aspereger's often have an extremely heightened sense... and as he's a musician it is likely that for Craig Nicholls it's sound. This experiement with people with Aspereger's showed that they picked up on really quiet sounds really far away very easily/obviously/loudly. They were trying to have a conversation and could hear BIRDS SINGING etc. I thought, seeing as birds sound different in different weather, andyou see them flying around in the sun... it could well be that he really picked up on this to such an extent where it's kind of controlling him. He wants toget away from itand be gone, hence the drug taking etc... but it's still there. |

but i do have a question that me and my best friend (who is also a christian) we were discussing and didn't actually know the answer to.... we both know that it is a sin to have sex before marriage but where exactly does it say that in the Bible? cause we've never known and i want to read what it says. because i don't really understand why it is bad. please some one help me? |

yeah they're a christian band but i don't think they shove it down peoples throats at all!! i think they do it perfectly, like in this song, you could interpret it anyhow, but they've just placed christian morality into it, so if you ARE a christian i guess the song kind of means a lot more to you. there's loads of metal christian bands out there though, like still remains, as i lay dying, zao etc etc and i just love what they're doing!! because the kind of music can appeal to anyone, many people listen and can see into christian morals etc... maybe learn a bit, maybe be influenced by them? anyways i looove underoath though!!! :) |

"the last three lines kill the lyrics for me" wow people keep saying stuff like that, and that's like the best part of the lyrics!! that's like the point where Dallas gets his main point across and it actually sums it up perfectly :) i love it! infact when i read that bit it actually made me smile!! :P |
