| Sam Cooke – Bring It on Home to Me Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| One of my favorite songs of all time. I discovered this tune when Britt Daniel covered it for a compilation album. It makes me think of my wife and how I can be a better person if only she's near me. | |

Fabulous song but I'd wish I'd never looked at the lyrics. I could have sworn he sings: 'Its hopeless I'm a slut for the new york SOUND' Its still a geat song though. |

I agree, wrong the rights! It just feels right, like when Britt handclaps then goes whooo! |

My favorite Spoon song ever. I believe the line above "need to's a man" has always been need to's enough. I've probably been singing that to myself so long I've forgotten how it really sounds. This song is about having love in your grasp and not knowing what to do with it or how to keep it. |

The line I really love is: And they'd say relax, but I can't be a man this far down on the map. I think despite its upbeat sound this song is about continually feeeling beat down by somebody or something. |
