But, before I knew that, I thought of it this way: Yes, it's about the Holocaust, but also about being so passionate about something, nothing can break you apart. Even in the most dire of conditions, if there's that raw, driven passion for someone, that love...you don't need anything else. And newsflash to anyone who said that the sexual parts of the song are "disrespectful"; they're not. They just add to the passion, in my opinion. |
