Barbie resprests vain people I guess. But the chorus, she'll always be a motherless girl. Thinking about that, there is quite a few meanings for that: Barbie had no role model in life, so they only have their looks and nothing else, they aren't unique. Children play with Barbie, and being a kids toy, children 6 or 7 wouldn't have had the 'where do ababies come from?" talk :) so overall I think this song is about growing up and leaving the ones that you love. |

Sorry, my last comment got all messed up Personally I think this songs is about her friend/boyfriend who used to be likeable(Are you proud? To have founded a brand new behavior With hatred and hurt as your savior) but now seems to be always angry , despite her kindness (Blind to me trying to be kind?) and whever she tries to help(Volunteering for your firing line), they spazz out and attack her,not literally.o she basically tells them to take a hike, get out of my life if your just going to do that. As for the pothole thing, The road is representing her life and the hole is her friend. |
