she actually wrote this song after looking in a photo album. Because she lives so far away from her parents, she wrote it about missing them and remembering how things were when she was a kid. she wrote it in about 30 minutes for a friend who was in a huge bind and need a song for a Mercedes Benz ad. The people at Mercedes heard it, loved it, and used the rough demo for about a year on a car ad! is that not the most random thing ever haha |
