| i think its about the fact that her and her boyfriend never spend time alone together... he is always wanting her to hang out with him and her friends and all she wants is just one night alone with him... when she says "just the one, two i was just counting on" she means she just wants the two of them, but realizes shes just dreaming so she says she was jsut counting on (like counting numbers)... and thats why right after that she says it never happens and she was jsut dreaming- the guys friends are the little spies that think shes trying to tear him away from thier group, so they tell the guy things to get him to not be alone with her | |

f-fashions interpretation is very good...i guess you could also look at it another way, like... he could be talking about how he feels bad for cheating on his girlfriend or whatever, and wants her to forgive him...or something like that... My hands are broken and time is going on and on it goes forever --his hands broken means he feels bad for cheating on her and it seems like time is going on forever because she knows about it and it will never be the same between them... how long [background] ---how long will this go on??
