I'm not totally positive what the screaming part means, but i'll try to guess at it. It was ice cream headaches and sweet avalanche (don't know exactly. just know an ice cream headache is when you get a brain freeze, sort of, but i doubt he meant it literally) When the pearls in our shells got out to dance (I'm guessing Pete's talking about like how they got big, or some type of success came out of their "shells" maybe they showed their true colors) You call me a bad tipper of the cradle (i think someone said this is talking about dating someone a lot younger than you. so i'm guessing it's jeanae since she's like 9 years younger than peter.) But I’m tired yawns for fawns on hunter’s lawns (hm, still disputing. I'm going to guess. Fawns are young deer, right? so i'm thinking it's either talking about them being 'young' or inexperienced on hunters lawns. Look at it this way: if you're a young deer on some hunter's lawn, you're in a place where you really don't want/shouldn't be. Looking at it that way, he could be referring to his relationship with Jeanae as well...) We’re the has-beens of husbands (a has-been is someone who used to be famous...but i don't understand what it's saying...) Sharpening the knives of young wives (the young wive thing might be referring to jeanae, or maybe i'm totally looking at it the wrong way. Which is very likely.) Take two years and call me when you're better (I'm going to guess Jeanae only because I'm unorignial like that) Take teardrops of mine, find yourself wetter (maybe it's saying that taking his sadness/making him sad is only going to havbe her suffering in the end) |

In an interview, Pete said something about falling out of love with someone, and finding a new person whom he says "is in the Simpson family, not OJ." Guess that must be about him and Jeanae ending for good, and him moving towards Ashlee ugh |

For some reason I think "with eyes the size of baby worlds " means that she sees things the way she wants them to be or at least not on a very deep level. At the Honda Civic Tour, Pete said it was about girls who say "ya'll". Ha. |
