i believe that this song is spelled "Early Mourning" but it is absolutely gorgeous and def. one of my favorites. what i first thought of when i heard this song was him leaving his love for a while (for tour maybe?) and how he misses her. but the death idea works also. alesana is amazing. :] |

yea this is a local-ish band from delaware. you should totally check them out cause they're amazing. www.myspace.com/datethisdiary and if you live in the area, go see them live because they're the nicest dudes ever with amazing talent. and as far as the lyrics, i did these by ear and i'm not too sure of some parts. the meaning is pretty obvious. :] |

this is my favorite dropout year song and i really hope they play it sunday.. its obviously about how he had a falling out with a really good friend some years ago and that friend and now that he's looking back on it he wants them to talk it out and become friends again. he misses the friendship and closeness they had and wants it back. just my opinion. |

i wish this song was going to be on the cd... its so amazing and different from any other HU song. its gorgeous and they need more songs like this in my opinion.. and as for the meaning, i think its about how he walked out of a relationship and is now regretting it. Now he is struggling with life and hates how this world is so cruel and hates how its been cruel to this girl. i dont know, its just my opinion. i'm probably way off. THIS SONG NEEDS MORE COMMENTS. |
