I agree with teddy in a sense I think its more about a friendship then a boy/girl relationship. "'Cause all that's left has gone away And there's nothing there for you to prove" I think is more like a personal statement saying You've done all you can its time to let things go. "Oh, look what you've done You've made a fool of everyone Oh well, it seems likes such fun Until you lose what you had won" Maybe about one of those mistakes that everyone makes at some point in there lives where you take things too far and you lose it all. "Give me back my point of view 'Cause I just can't think for you" Everyone has a friend who kind of takes their personality and try's to make it more like yours. "Take my photo off the wall If it just won't sing for you" I think that this line represents the illusion of a conversation. The photo being how he presents himself to this person. |
