| Kanye West – Power Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| Such a good song!!! Kanye is definitely back, bitches. Personally, I feel like he's referring to the rap genre when he says, "No one man should have all that power." I really don't think he's bashing any religion. Does anyone know what the auto-tuned voice is saying in the background when Kanye's going, "and then they?" Cuz it sounds like "Girls lead/league" to me. Which, in reference to the music charts, would be that the men don't have much pull anymore, cuz look at all the strong female artists. But I just might be hearing things. | |

| Did I forget to mention that this song makes me cry and I don't even know why? And I don't cry easily. | |

Well first off to Raff2603, how is it a pity to sound like the Beatles? They've had the most number one hits! How can you not know how to spell pity? Anyways onto the song, which kinda does sound like the Beatles. "For diamonds to appear to be Just like broken glass to me." Broken glass is useless and sometimes painful. Same with diamonds. That is deep. "Genius only comes in storms of fabled foreign tongues." I think this is like the genius you can't understand so it sounds like a different language and it's hard to believe? the next one i think is a big, BIG wizard of oz/wicked connection. I only think this cuz I just read Wicked. "I missed your skin when you were east." Elphaba had interesting skin since it was green and she went East to visit the Winkies. It's okay if you have no idea what I'm talking about. "You clicked your heels and wished for me." Dorothy for sure. "I know the world's a broken bone. But melt your headaches, call it home." Well, the world is pretty messed up at the moment, so i think they're trying to say stop worrying about it and giving yourself headaches and just let it go. Please inform me if I'm crazy. |

| Panic! at the Disco – Do You Know What I'm Seeing Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| I really love this song. I just got the album and most of it is really good. It's totally different from their last album, especially this song, but it's good. A lot of people I know hate this side of Panic and I'm pretty said that they took the exclamation point out of their name. I loved that exclamation point. But this is an awesome song and it's very easy to get stuck in your head. I should know. I don't remember who said it, but they do sound very Beatles-y now. Not that i'm complaining. | |
| Fall Out Boy – The Patron Saint of Liars and Fakes Lyrics | 17 years ago |
| Personally my favorite line is take this to your grave and I'll take it to mine. I think it's a hilarious play on words. | |

| It does sound like Cute Without the E, but they are two different bands. Personally, I think Patrick Stump is straining himself a lot in this song. It's a good song and everything but not my all time favorite FOB song. It the first line does sound like I'm holding out and I'm holding on to every letter and every song, but they've been known to have different lyrics than what's in the book thingy. | |

| My friend, who hates FOB with every fiber of her being, says this song is about cutting. But FOB rarely ever has cutting songs, unless they're making fun of it. I really like this song. It's really pretty and meaningful, even though sometimes I get really confused. I think that this song shows that Fall Out Boy is really turning into alt. rock. Except they'll probably always have the most meaningful lyrics. | |

My God people, take a look at the little booklet thingy! see all those magical words! they have a purpose! It's so idiots can know what they're actually saying! Who would have thought? The second verse goes: We keep the beat With your blistered feet. And we bullet the words At the mockingbirds singing Slept through the weekend And dreaming of sinking with the melody Of the cliffs of eternity Got postcards from my former selves saying: How've you been? We might've said goodbyes just a little soon Robbin' lips, kissing banks Under this moon (chorus) It was ice cream headaches and sweet avalanche When the pearls in our shells got up to dance You call me a bad tipper of the cradle But I'm just tired yawns for fawns on hunter's lawns W're the has-beens of husbands Sharpening the knives of young wives Take two years and call me when you're better Take tears of mine and find yourself wetter. I think this is a great song. Definately one of the better songs on the cd. I think it mixes the alt. rock side of them, that does exist no matter what anyone says, with Pete's screamo-ness. It's awesome! Old and new, people. Old and new. |

| I love this song. I don't really care what it means, it's just amazing and extremely comforting in times of trouble. | |

I would rather not tear this song to bits trying to understand it. It really touchs me though, but for what reason, I don't really know. "And he can't understand how everyone goes on breathing when true love ends" That line just hits me everytime. I love it. This song is kinda like my username. |

| Another thing to add to the above. "if you're troubled and hurt/ What you got under your shirt/ We'll make them pay for the things that they did" That like a violent reaction to the name calling I mentioned before. | |
| My Chemical Romance – Teenagers Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| I think some of it is kinda of like how in schools now you have to fit in with the crowd or you'll just be called names and shunned and stuff. "the boys and girls in the clique"? this calls for a duh! | |
| My Chemical Romance – Welcome To The Black Parade Lyrics | 18 years ago |
| I don't really have any idea what this song is about, but I really like it. Especially the part about "i'm just a man, Not a hero." I don't know why. I just kinda do! | |
