| Umm, it's quite strange, I;m not that good in german, but I am dutch, and well, I do know that Du hast mich gefragt is You have asked me. So if you would translate du hast as you hate, well, the sentecne will be "You hate asked me" Soin my eyes, there's not really any debate about this, because the whole song would be translated incorrectly. the one who translated it on the cd probably was really bad in english... | |

Okay umm, first reply to neithan, It could be right, although, then it should not be compared to blitzkrieg, because blitzkrieg is actually just a pure sexual based song, so... And to kylia, I thought this was about the songs, not about how amazing Canada is(I have nothing against Canada, or America, jsut against holland, because that's where I live and it's dead boring soXD) Okay meaning: It's definitely about a game, not yet a sex game, Just one sadistic dark torture game I guess, and that it's okay, because he plays God and all god does is justice. So it's also a bit about the ignorance of humanity, maybe especially christianity, since if someone dies they're more like, it was his time to go to God, and not like, Oh damn, we'll never see him again in this life. I agree with most comments above, but nine millimeter I think is just the size of the bullet, I don't think it has any specific reasons that it's used 3 times, because in the song it also seems more like an echo, so... And I agree more with the ideea of the war, because the last part is more like a part of pure despair, as in the This is how it must end, When the soldiers are kinda through with all the killings, they just kill themselves to stop the insanity in their heads, also, the part about the silver eagle says it's time to, The gun tells them to do it, They become a part of their gun, and not the other way around, they've gone completely insane, I guess... |

I'd rather say it's not about death alone. It's sounds more like some kind of relationship. One of those kind that will hurt you because they don't know how to show affection in another way. " Here he definitely speaks of being there to protect love, and on the other hand being the one to hurt it. Well, the virus in the heart part,I think that refers to knowing htat it's wrong and that it's slowly killing you from the inside, but you still come back... SO I'd say it's more about a relationship that will lead one to death^^ |
