To quote Scroobius Pip's book 'Poetry in (e)Motion': "I came up with the idea of writing a poem that was EXACTLY 1000 words in length and this seemed like a good story to tell. As with most stories, it's part autobiographical and part abstract fiction. It's about an incident that happened to me when I was a child that was responsible for me developing a stutter." |

| Well the meaning to this one is plainly obvious. He's saying how he will basically take an active role in this country's politics instead of simply moaning all the time. I make the assumption that the intention behind this song is to inspire others to do the same. | |

This song is basically a bit of a story of itch's life. It's a very personal song. I don't think it has a lot of specific meaning but i'm sure it's easy to find one in there. It's basically telling a story. I'm sure there's more to add to this though. Also mate, the line goes 'don't let the bastards grind you down mate out time ain't begun.' and that line you couldn't work out is 'A bag of cheap glue, evo stick, fix-a-fix and whatever we could find got thrown into the mix. =] Very good song. |

| Yeah...I think you've pretty much got that. It's about where people change but when they change into and become the very thing they've always hated their whole lives. I guess you could see it as people just growing up and being more realistic...or at least that'd be an excuse that they would tell you. | |
