I just want all of you to know, that just because a band is christian, doesn't mean ALL of their songs are about jesus. As I Lay Dying is a christian band but most of the songs are about Tims wife and life experiences. Now on to what the song means to me. I think its about a relationship goin wrong. And the chick i guess is trying to change the dood but he isnt having it and they talk but it goes nowhere. to me its kind of like writing on the walls |

it is post mortem k... i think the vocalist has suicidal tendancies. in alot of the songs he talks about hurtin himself like.. in this song... as razorblades cut me with every kiss. i ono no matter how nuts he is they lyrics still rock there are breakdowns all through that album and yeah i must say.. when goodbye means forever, is one of the best albums ever. every song on it is fuckin radical and it is a good investment |
