Alice in Chains – Would? Lyrics 18 years ago
The thing I admire most about AIC is their flexibility of their lyrics, meaning most of them never pertain to one particular thing, but can be applied to anyone's situations, for Layne it was drugs, but anyone can take this song and apply their problem or "big mistake", and their struggle for recovery.

And also saying "If I could quit my addiction (drugs or otherwise), could you quit yours?" to point out critics' hipocrysies.

The Offspring – Can't Repeat Lyrics 18 years ago
There's alot of empathetic overtones for people who live in the past, and dwell in "the good old days" but at the same time this song is a reminder to tell people to let go and move on with life.

Excellent song though.

White Town – Your Woman Lyrics 18 years ago
This song can go both ways

A) A straight guy longing to court a lesbian
When I saw my best friend yesterday,
She said she never liked you from the start,
Well me, I wish that I could claim the same,
But you always knew you held my heart. "
"

B) Gay guy talking to a straight guy

Well I guess what you say is true,
I could never be the right kind of girl for you,
I could never be your woman.

I unno, just my 2 cents
