Ahh. Damn computer. Anyways. To continue what I was saying. Obsessing ever more about her. And am I the only one who thinks that "I want to fucking tear you apart" could be sexual? Maybe he's kinky. Likes it rough? Especially with all of the built up aggrevation and frustration. But anyways, back to the song. 'Cause there's always repercussions when you're dating in school But their lips met, and reservations started to pass Whether this was just an evening or a thing that would last Either way, he wanted her and this was bad He wanted to do things to her, it was driving him crazy Now a little crush turned into a like And now he wants to grab her by the hair and tell her" These parts, as I've read earlier, the first few lines and whatnot could mean that he got the balls to go up to her and talk to her, hoping for the best. And in return, he got what he wanted. He found out she liked him too. But the more he thought about it, the worse them dating started to sound. So he was thinking if it was just a one night thing or something that would last, he didn't care. He was with this girl he found himself to be, basically in love with now. But also, like I've read earlier, SCHOOL. That could be a problem. Homework, schoolwork, reports and whatnot. A relationship might get in the way of that. But then they pushed things aside and when they kissed they lost all of their cares. He wanted to have sex with her right there. As I said before, maybe the frustration of not having her, he has her now and he can't hold it in anymore. His frutration getting the best of him obviously, he now just want's to tell her I don't care what you say I just want to fuck you right here, right now. Maybe the grabbing her by the hair shows how much sexual frustration he has and he's almost willing to rape her, although I wouldn't go as far as saying rape, since she was leading him on, it's almost as if she wants it too. And then the last part, of course, like I said before. His thoughts and fantasies are getting to him again, especially now that he has her where he wanted her in the first place. Eh. That's just what I got from it. |

Let's see. What I've interpreted from the song was this: "Got a big plan, this mindset maybe its right At the right place and right time, maybe tonight And the whisper or handshake sending a sign Wanna make out and kiss hard, wait nevermind" Basically, I think, he found out his crush is going to some club/dance whatever it may be and he's decided to just happen to be there. Hence the part "..right place and right time" and plans on doing something, maybe talking to his crush and actually getting to know her in hopes he may be able to hook up or date her. Hence the very first lines of the song. The next parts, "Late night, and passing, mention it flipped her Best friend, who knows saying maybe it slipped But the slip turns to terror and a crush to light When she walked in, he froze up, believe its the fright Its cute in a way, till you cannot speak And you leave to have a cigarette, your knees get weak An escape is just a nod and a casual wave Obsessed about it, heavy for the next two days It's only just a crush, it'll go away It's just like all the others it'll go away Or maybe this is danger and he just don't know You pray it all away but it continues to grow" As everyone's been saying, he accidently told her best friend at the bar while they were having a drink, I imagine. Not thinking, that she would tell her best friend (his crush), of course. And when his crush's friend leaves to find her friend he realizes what he's done and he get's worried that she might not be interested in him and would be embarassing now that she knows he likes her. He figures there's no way she would like him, but in the back of his head he wishes she would show him some sign that she DOES like him. So he goes to have a cigarette to calm his nerves, but they seem to be getting the best of him. And on his way out, maybe he see's his crush with her best friend (the one he was talking to) and she waves, and maybe he does that nod that all guys do when they see a hot chick? lol. And now that she's gave him a 'sign' he's thinking 'Maybe she likes me?' and that's all he can think about for the next two days. And he's telling himself that it's just a crush, cause he knows he has no chance with her. And then he thinks, maybe if she does like me- no, it's bad. Maybe because he knows he'll get more attached than her, and if she leaves him (if they start to date) he'll get hurt. And he knows she's too pretty for him to stick around. Or something along those lines. So he's thinking these crazy thoughts, especially things like the next parts: |
