This song reminds me of when you fight when you're drunk.
It just seems like it starts out all groggy, but once you piss the guy off, he won't stop. |

I somehow don't think this song is completely about eating pussy. Knowing Maynard's writing style, it's deeper than that.
Still have no idea what it's about. |

It's a good thing none of you have heard Hooker With A Penis... because I'm pretty sure that's exactly how Maynard feels about "selling out". |

It sounds like the love of his life died.... but he's remembering everything they did when she was alive. He's saying he won't stop loving her even though she is dead. |

From my experiences... it sounds like someone died... but they're telling the people they left behind that they are in a better place now, they are going home. |

I think this is one of those songs that makes you think about high school and all the "clicks" that go along with it. It's talking about the popular kids vs. whatever he belongs to. |

Wow. You have quite the vocabulary knightvision. Of course, saying the word "fuck" every sentence is a very good example of writing the English language properly. Except it isn't. People can say whatever the "fuck" they want to, made up words or not. |

I think the song is about how an addict went to jail for something, and this is his final offense before a life term. I don't know much about the penal system, so feel free to correct me on anything. Just my two cents. |

I think this song has two people talking to each other in it. One is Jesus, because he sacrificed himself for all sins that people commit.
This is said in this part:
I'm the man, I'm the king, I'm the one
That's pure inside
Everyday, everyway I smell of suicide
Bitter sins how they grow within
So you tell me it ain't right
I AM...ALL SINS
And you're my reason for life
The other person, is the person persecuting Jesus, by throwing stones at him and then holding on to him, he persecutes the thing he wants to hold on to.
I will stone you,stone you
Wrap my arms around you
I will stone you,stone you
My little HALO
This could also be about hypocrites in religion.
Persecuting another Christian because they see something different in the religion. |

I think this is about someone who was looking for answers to questions another person couldn't answer. So, the first person leaves the other behind to go look for the answers elsewhere. Later, they find out that they didn't need to know the answers and came back. The person that was left had forgotten them, and remembers all the times that they left them in the dust. They say, "It's just too late to try to mend anything." |

I think he is just giving up on trying to be perfect, he is giving in to the seven deadly sins. "The only way to fall is down."
But then later he is trying to ask for help, but it seems like the person is always running away from him. So he struggles inside himself to find the answers. |

I think when he says "You must have been high." He means something the person is doing is absurd, as in someone saying "Are you high?" when someone is about to do something stupid. |

I think this might be about ATR maybe fighting with their record label, because they might be trying to change their sound, and ATR responds by saying "As if this could change us. Our roots are deeper than that.", and ATR saying they could do just as good or better on their own. |

I think this is about a guy who was abusive to a girl and she finally told him to leave, but when he thought about what he did, he changed and wanted her back again, and she didn't take him back, so he keeps trying and leaves everything he ever known just to be with her. Still she doesn't take him back, so he gets lost in his obsession with getting her back. |

I don't know if anyone put this already, and I know Maynard isn't religious, but this song means that the person has something inside him, and he is trying to escape his body for something better, (heaven if you would like), and he feels like his body is holding him back from meeting this "holy experience". Although, it also seems as he wants to stay in his body too. That's my take on it. |
