Honestly my favourite song by The Cure. But as for the meaning?? I haven't been able to listen to it enough to figure that out yet. The only copy of Three Imaginary Boyus I can find is one of those forty dollar deluxe sets which I can't afford. |

Nah, momma's boy?? NO offense but I don't quite agree with you there Fallen Leaves. LIke just about everyone else who posted, it reminds me a lot about dominating parents and the constant need to to exactly what you are told, no losening up and then everyone else you meet thinks that you have trouble having fun adn you're just a boring loser.
But again with the dominating/hard to get along with parents thing, a lot of the time, when you have to live like that, you often end upgetting angry too easily of being emotionally unstable in some other way. Other people rarely understand this. |

Although I agree with the Prozac nation idea, I think that this song might be a bit more metaphorical, as in, instead of an actually doctor, just a whole lot of people that don't get exactly how hard depression is to handle. |
