okay. this is one of the best love songs ever. there's no doubt about it. the lyrics are sooo amazing. lines like "this romeo is bleeding but you can't see his blood" "it's been raining since you left me now I'm drowning in the flood" "what I'd give to run my fingers through your hair to touch your lips, to hold you near" "when he holds you close, when he pulls you near when he says the words you've been needing to hear I'll wish I was him `cause those words are mine to say to you till the end of time" those lines are amazing. and of course the chorus. jon and richie are one of the best song writing duos in the history of music. and yeah. it is about a stalker. jon said it on the "This left feels right concert" but to me. it's a love song. and it's going to always be a love song. a classic. and the best love song ever. |

this song is one of my favorite bon jovi songs ever. it's amazing. and no. it's not about falling in love. jon said on american idol that it's about how he is really madly in love with this girl. he's cried so much over her. he has alot of pain because their not together anymore. and this is really a love song. BUT if he hasn't cried as much as he has, if he isn't still in love with this girl, then it isn't a love song. but yeah great song. |
