Bright Eyes – Reinvent the Wheel Lyrics 17 years ago
"I love this song, but I don't think the sentence "I'm sure the TV sets will tell us when someone reinvents the wheel" refers to religion. I'd say it's about finding the meaning of life"

What? To 'reinvent the wheel' would simply be to steal someone elses great idea and claim it as your own.

Bright Eyes – Trees Get Wheeled Away Lyrics 17 years ago
I believe it's written from the perspective of a well regarded religious figure, such as a corrupt priest. Read it again with that in mind and see what you think.

Frank Turner – To Take You Home Lyrics 17 years ago
"land of the wessex counts"

and

"king's blood stain on a tricolour"

not sure about the other one, or 100% about the word 'counts'

damn good song though

Two Gallants – Crow Jane Lyrics 17 years ago
It's:
"Lips of honey but her tongue's of chalk.
Feet may be crooked but they sure can walk."

Brilliant song. I get the feeling it's about drugs, but it could be more complicated than that.
