oh my gosh, i love chiodos' lyrics... they are so beautiful, like poetry. anyway, this is my favorite song by them so i thought id comment it. im sure its about him and his girlfriend and how they love eachother, but things just arent working out. but maybe eventually? i saw madina lake back in june, and my friend and i actually asked nathan leone about this song. he said that when he and matthew were 12, their mother died in a car crash. they were obviously really sad and everything, so nathan wondered if he could see her again if he killed himself. he wondered if he would go to heaven with her: Have you met your god? Does he know I'm in pain? Does he even have any plans For me to see you again? i think it was pretty deep for a 12 year old. but yeah, so thats what he told us, so it must be true. and another thing he said was that alot of bands dont write their own songs... it makes you wonder who he was talking about... |
