Oh, by the way, just because you write a song about depression, doesn't mean you have to BE depressed. People write songs about people they know too...not just their own experiences. A lot of people can relate to this song and they knew their fans could and maybe, just maybe, it could help someone. I know it's helped me. |

I agree...anyone who has ever been depressed, I mean truly depressed, knows what this song is about and it'll really hit you. I went through several years of depression because of something that happened to me as a child and everytime I hear this song, I get teary-eyed, because I can completely relate...as can many people out there. It's an amazing song and currently my favorite by them. |

When I first pre-ordered the CD on Hanson.net, this was the first song I listened to and I fell in love with it. My immediate thought was that Taylor wrote it for his wife, Natalie. After all, she is from Georgia and it just seems to fit. It's so sweet and if he really did write it for her, it just goes to show how much they truly care about each other and what an amazing relationship they have. :o) Just one of the amazing songs on "The Walk" |
