I don't mean to end to put an end to all the lyrical guessing fun, but the lyrics are on the official rocky votolato website: http://www.rockyvotolato.com/lyrics/reddragonwishes.html And I think the song is about a failed relationship. The person of the song is talking about how he is on a journey to find himself and now his ex is trying to get back with him based on a desire. So he tells her that her desires are imposters and that he would lose himself (go back to sleep) if he did get back with her. There is a lot of other stuff in there too but I think this is the main story. |
