I think that this song is about a girl in particular feeling depressed. Feeling lost and wanting things to be the way they used to. "the things i don't believe in but i'll step in once again cut in line to get closer to the source of all the things ill never belong to Step it up and sign right in again" Also, about having feelings of suicide because of a certain person in particular. Particularly a boy. Something that he has said or done to "extract over confidence" Eventually the feeling takes over and the girl eventually literally drinks until she dies, leaving nothing. no blood, no weapon, no evidence. only a bottle, a literally "clean" execution. "I can hear the bottle on the ground We turn the corner safe and sound No thought of him as it was done A clean execution A clean execution" But that's just what I think. I could be completely wrong. But either way, this song is absolutely amazing. Its so relaxing. |
