To me it sounds like he no longer wants to meet his drug dealer on the corner. The cd booklet doesn't include the 'and oh' or 'Endo' or whatever he is saying after 'Meet Me at the Corner.' He feels like shit meeting his dealer and doing drugs until he turns his head and sees a sign from the gods. You can hear the positive swing of the song near the end, finished off with a happy little outro. Excellent song. |

it's not anti-evolution propaganda... he's implying that there is more to life than just being animals who have well adapted to the planet. maybe there is more to it than just a few chemical reactions. |

My niece passed away recently, and I modified the lyrics with a picture of her to be included in the program. She was 4.5 months old, and was a victim of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). This song will always make me cry. |
