Arrowshot, I'm finding I'm really liking this song. As I said, it's basically about taking chances and going for, uh, lovin'. However, it's more complex "the road to hell is paved with good intentions" and "if you thought it, it better be what you want". THAT's an interesting caveat. Sorta like "you play with fire, you get burned" kinda thing. But then there's "if I died tonight, at least I can say I did what I wanted to do". So yeah the song is about sex. :P But as with anything Madonna, there's gold in this song. It's complex, you just have to listen very carefully. And, she's mad hot in the vid. Rock on, Madonna! She looks GREAT for 50! |

I didn't like this song or "Hard Candy" at all at first, but this is starting to grow on me, and I think I'm gonna like this album. This song is NOT meaningless though. It's like a well, duh, kinda thing. It means carpe diem, seize the day. If you love someone and you, ahem, want some luvin' from 'em, "no hesitating" good things don't come by standing around, go for it. I don't know if that's the best advice for life, ha, after living it out, but that's what it means. |
