The lyrics seem pretty cryptic, but when you read them, the stranger is the person your mate cheated with. ItalianDJ pretty much summed it up. He couldn't recognize the woman, becasue she was having an affair, or he found out about here having an affair. This song is amazing |

The government can't take care of everyone's little problems? Well, im glad then that they pour their efforts into a useless war and play with american lives like they were nothing. Certainly the benefit of the rich and powerful is far more importnat than dealing with actual problems at home. |

The name of this site should be changed from songmeanings to be a dumbass and just post whether you like this song or not.net. Its sad that led zeppelin's fanbase is now a bunch or teenage mororns. This song is about someone who knows that change is coming, change is needed, and someone whos going to do something about it. THe song is a rally cry for change. Its too bad the listeners only care about the drum beat because they've completely missed the message. |
