This is just a guess, haven't heard this song, but reading the lyrics, I'm just guessing that it's about the Human Instrumentality Project, (Hence the name H.I.P) which is from Neon Genesis Evangelion, as most of their songs are based on me thinks. And if you've ever watched all of Neon Genesis Evangelion then you'll proberly understand that: the machines are talking about the Eva bots, and I think it's about that the pilots of the Eva's don't know the true power of them and also "Please make me learn That we're better Than these machines Have grown to be" I think is about how Asuka find out what her AT field is and realising that its the spirit of her decessed mother. Or something like that. If you watch all of Neon Genesis Evangelion then you'll have a better idea of what this song is about. |
