I think a lot of people are overthinking this.
You're named, given a social security number and become another number in the population, you were born with a clean slate and when you're dead, you have nothing, obviously.
To me, this song means that everyone is born the same and your life is only as good as what you make it, so you should appreciate what you have. |

Sean and Slug are both names that start with an s.
But he also says "she's just a snake that can fly" so maybe whatever or whoever he's talking about is something that starts with an s??
Or maybe I'm just over analyzing this and it doesn't mean anything. |

I think it means everyone is born into the same world and your life can be amazing if you make it that way and you should appreciate everything you have, especially the small things in life. Very inspiring and I love this song!! |
