this reminds me so much of my current relationship it's not even funny. I've been dating this guy for five months and right from the beginning he did things that really hurt me but for some reason I just never could tell him goodbye. he definitely knew how to "build me up just to watch me break." I like the part "funny how i'm nervous still," because the way he acted always made me nervous when I was around him. Another part I like is "You always know the perfect thing to say... I know what I should do but I just can't walk away." That was true in every aspect of our relationship. A few months ago, I almost broke up with him and I even told him about this song and literally told him that he "kills me." He straightened up considerably after that, and things have been a lot different...in a good way... since then. Before that, we had never told each other we loved each other, but after that we did. So, now I like that part that says "I loved you and I should have said it." Anyway, yeah it's an awesome song. Besides the lyrics, it sounds really awesome, too. |

I love this song. I've been dating this guy for three months, and it is a horrible relationship. He treats me like crap, but there's something about him that just keeps me holding on. He was suppose to be moving back to North Carolina, which is a great distance from Louisiana, but he never did. I wished he would have, so that I could be put out of my misery. In August, I'm going to college, and I'm hoping that will finally allow me to move on and forget about him. Part of what is so hard is I see him every day. I know that if I didn't see him all the time, it would be easy to move on. When this finally is all over, Gone Forever will be my theme song, because I will feel so much better when he is gone forever. |

This song is the story of my life right now. I've been dating this guy for three months, and it's a horrible relationship.
